Our mission

FDS Visa and Entry Permit Consulting Limited’s mission is to provide legal consulting and translation services and consular advice regarding visa and entry permit applications. We provide support in several different languages, mainly European. If you can master the English language, or do not need assistance, you could apply for a visa or permit on your own without using our services.

We provide professional translation for documents you might need to submit when applying for a visa at the embassy. Currently we provide legal and translation services in many languages. You can always contact us in your own language.

The price of one ESTA on this website consists of government fee (US$14) and our service fee (the remaining). Our service fee includes 24/7 customer support, legal consulting and e-mail notifications.

If you do not need our additional service and want to avoid our service charge, please go to www.dhs.gov to apply for an ESTA for US$14.

Payment

Payment is made as the last step in each application. It is also possible to save an application and pay at a later time. An application is not considered complete until payment has been made. We will not handle any applications that have not been paid for in full.

Applyesta.org reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Returns and Refunds

As soon as the application is paid for, we will begin our service. That means that you cannot get your money back after we have started the service.

Delivery Time

In many cases, you will receive a response within one day. However, we recommend that you apply for an authorization at least fourteen days before your intended day of departure, since in some cases it can take 10 days or more for the authorization to be approved.

Personal Details

We only store your personal details (your application) for the purpose of applying for your authorization. We will never share this information with any third party without your permission.

Additional Information

In some cases, we might ask for additional information. We will contact you by email it is your responsibility to check your email periodically and answer our questions on time. If we send a request to your email and do not get a response in time, it will usually lead to your application being rejected.

Age Limit

To use our service you must be at least 18 years old. People that are at least 18 years old can apply on behalf of those under the age limit.

Guarantees

The decision to accept or reject your application is made by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection in USA. We at Applyesta.org cannot affect their decision.
Applyesta.org cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect, special, consequential, economic or other damages caused by this website or our services, delivered or not delivered.
